This
small residençial in the centre of the
Old
Town
has a reception on the first floor (and is therefore inconvenient for the
disabled). Also on the first
floor are four suites which have outside windows viewing over the street.
Standard rooms are grouped around the central atrium and the
windows open out onto this central space.
There is also a very large suite at the rear with a window opening
over backland. Every room has air-conditioning and an en-suite shower
room. All rooms are twins, and
have safe, mini bar and satellite TV.
Our Opinion
An
old colonial property built around the central atrium, this is a different
and cozy place to stay and though quiet, lacks outside ventilation.
Most suitable for younger clientele or those who wish to get to
grips with the atmosphere of "down town" Praia
City.
