One
of the first complexes to be built on Santa Maria
beach, close to the old slaving pier, these apartments are in the perfect
position . Each of the Studio
and 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments is air-conditioned and fully equipped
with kitchen, bath/shower room and large living room. Each has sliding
doors to a small balcony or terrace. Security is provided and there is a
private beach adjacent to the swimming pool.
There
is a Restaurant overlooking the sea.
Our Opinion
Designed with typical Italian flair, this most
attractive complex has rather small bedrooms (the Italians often do this!)
but superbly positioned pool and public areas. Many of the apartments have
sea view but those to the rear of the property overlook what will be the
next phase of the development. One needs to be aware of building work in
Santa Maria
in general, however we have no hesitation in recommending Porto Antigo.
