Town Houses

Townhouses come in three styles, all with broadband, satellite television and a dedicated private parking bay. 

All bathrooms and downstairs WC come fully fitted with good quality sanitary ware. The flooring of the houses are fully tiled throughout, including balconies and terraces, while the windows are double glazed to keep the house cool. 

The townhouses are designed in the traditional Colonial style of the country and all offer generous living spaces and views either towards the mountains,  the golf course or São Francisco Valley and the Ocean.

"Fragata" with 2 bedrooms (each with small balcony), a full bathroom including full bath with shower over, small gardens front and rear, large living/dining room, downstairs wc, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher or washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave) with breakfast area and a large roof terrace.

"Dragoeira" is a three story townhouse with 3 bedrooms.  The two double bedrooms each have a small balcony while the master bedroom enjoys a balcony, a substantial roof terrace and an en-suite bathroom. 

There are two further full bathrooms (with shower over), small irrigated gardens front and rear, large living/dining room (open plan with kitchen and hall), downstairs wc and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher or washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave) complete the house, which is fully furnished throughout. 

"Passarinha" is set over three stories with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower over.  Two bedrooms on the first floor have balconies while the master bedroom on the third floor allows direct access to the large roof terrace.   There are small gardens front and rear, a very large open plan living/dining room, downstairs wc and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher or washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave).
