Apartments

The apartment buildings are in Colonial style, all providing generous living space with adjoining, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher or washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave), and private bathroom with full bath and shower over.

•  One bedroom apartments (T1), sleeping maximum two persons, are located on all floors i.e  ground, first and second floor.  Each apartment has a balcony overlooking the central communal area. 

•  The Two bedroom apartments, sleeping maximum four persons, on the ground floor (T2) have a small private garden within the communal area.  
Two bedroom apartments on the first floor (T2 with Terrace) have a balcony overlooking the communal area and a private roof terrace on the second floor. 

•   The Three bedroom apartments, sleeping maximum six persons, are on the first floor (T3 with Terrace) and are constructed over two floors; the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony being on the first floor,  whilst the second floor provides the third bedroom, a shower room and private roof terrace.  
Please note there are no lifts within the apartment buildings.

The Apartments are all fully tiled, including the balconies and terraces, and are double glazed to maintain cool temperatures.  
The apartments are ranged around one of nine lush tropical garden areas containing a communal swimming pool, providing a perfect outlook.
